I think that you could do with spending some more time as an Admin in order to gain more experience before becoming a Super Admin. Though I see you on Teamspeak and in-game quite a bit, you could work on improving your communication on Teamspeak more, trying to join channels with staff and Lead Team members in order to show a presence and involvement.
