Hello Lord Voldemort, thank you for appealing

After speaking to BananaSlanger and you I have come to the verdict of accepting your appeal (or in my case overruling Banana's decision to warn you) due to the reasons:

You were engaged in a gunfight and you recently unlocked the MP9, the MP9 can have difficult recoil and the player was moving around a lot so it made it more difficult for you to kill him. BananaSlanger wasn't involved however didn't move - not that this is his fault but this could have easily been avoided.

Banana also handled it rather immaturely as he immediately went to warn you disregarding the fact it was accidental because it "ruined his gameplay". However I do advise you practise with the MP9 a bit more to avoid future incidents such as this.

Due to recent attitude we will discuss about him in the next meeting.
