After talking to Ashur, he gave me the explanation that you were constantly killing him inside the PD when he was trying to get someone's attention by teleporting to them. Not only that you killed him once which can be a mistake, but twice you did it therefore you was stopping a staff member from doing their duties. Then when he took you to the roof, I was told that you kept on interrupting him therefore a mute was placed. I see no wrongs from Ashur, so in the future please get some evidence of the situation if you feel like this staff member was not doing his job correctly.
