I'm not so sure about both your examples of an unacceptable kos. Practically, it never occurs that an innocent is able to kos all traitors at once, but theoratically it is possible that an innocent koses a whole group of traitors.
I'd advise you to narrow down your second example of an unacceptable kos, make sure to link it to a specific example scenario. Lastly, I would also try to review your application a few times as it contains some grammatical errors aswell. A well written application boosts your chances to be accepted!
