You have been one of the top people to go to if I have had an issue with something, specifically with my personal life as well as doing our duties. I do hope you reconsider because I do feel like you will miss doing this job, trust me I've been there lol. You've always had a lot of passion and I'm honestly surprised how you didn't even get CM, for sure you would get it the next time the applications open.
