I think you need a bit more time, however you are doing a great job as a Super Admin so far, the two of us only having been Super Admins for about a month. Keep doing what you're doing, and I'm sure you'll make a good Head Admin eventually, good luck!
You do also seem to need more experience, still needing assistance in a lot of SA related situations, and can lose your temper quite a bit in some situations, so try to work on that
