Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I've had to deal with a lot of rulebreakers within my short time as moderator, I feel as if Admin powers could have been used several times when punishing rulebreakers. It would make it a lot easier for me to staff on the server, as I wouldn't need to contact a higher up when the ban command is appropriate.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I had to deal with a very annoying user, he was constantly breaking rules and not listening to the staff's decision, this would have been a perfect time to use the ban command as he was very unobeying

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
When you get your rank in game you will have some new commands in the tab menu, you will now see the kick command, the mute chat command, the freeze and slay command, strip weapons and mute globally command. The kick command kicks a player off the server, but he can rejoin at any time as he pleases. The mute globally and mute chat is pretty self-explanatory, but basically Mute globally will mute their voice for X amount of time, same goes for mute chat, but it's for the chat instead. Strip weapons will strip someone's weapons, this can be used when someone is spamming their guns.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would respond to the other admin handling the appeal, and most likely accept it, as this is his first offence and he seems very apologetic. I would also let the user know that if he does that shit again, he will be gone for a much more longer time.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have proven myself trustworthy in this community and I can be trusted with admin powers. I currently hold a lead team position in deathrun which shows that I'm experienced with admin powers, I also am a Bhop Admin and was an SSRP Admin 3 times. I'm very active on the server and admin powers would come in great hand when I'm on the server, it would make staffing for me way more efficient and easier. I am a friendly guy in game and I don't get mad easily.
