[ADD] Added text to the scoreboard that shows which round the map is on.

[ADD] Console command 'dr_rtd' you can use to bind RTD to a key. Otherwise RTD is bound to 'gmod_undo' (Z key by default).

Bunny Walk - Disables auto-jump/BHOP.
UNO Reverse - Reflects damage taken from Deaths as a last-ditch effort. It's one of the most complex PRs: When a runner gets trapped by a Death, the Runner can press E or (+use) to activate their single-use "UNO Reverse" ability. For atleast 2 seconds, the Death will take all damage from a trap, instead of the Runner. The Death can press Right-click or (+attack2) to use their "Counter" ability that nullifies the effect and will stop taking damage. The "Counter" ability has a 30-sec cooldown.
