[CHANGE] [Power Round] Speed 2x disabled from dr_fall_guys_v2b_rdfix due to it making a trap impassable.

[FIX] Fixed being able to spectate dead players. You will now be moved to another player when the player you are spectating dies.
[FIX] Reduced likelihood of players being spawned in opposite team's spawn under heavy server load.
[FIX] Fixed exploit on deathrun_aztecworld where Deaths could open the arsenal door.
