[ADD] Player profile UI. !profile will display a new UI with a shortcut to the !leaderboard UI and an option to change custom colored name (if you have one). Planned to be expanded on in the future.
[ADD] Halloween fog and effects.
[ADD] New collectables that players can collect during events that have them enabled.
[ADD] New system to store, change & give custom colored names to players without editing code.
[ADD] Command alias for !leaderboard: !lb

[CHANGE] Reduced the reach of the large cylinder trap on dr_combinecastle_finalfix_zarp. Before it could kill players that were way further down the hallway.

[FIX] edit: Was finally able to fix map records not loading in the !records UI
[FIX] Other small fixes.
