Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a player has Mass rule broke in such a way that was harmful to the server (EG Mass rdm) and then left to avoid punishment, I would then proceed to ban the player for half a day.

If a player has 10 recent punishments I would then speak with them to ensure they know if they proceed to rule break another time they would then receive a ban for one day. While speaking to them I would run over the rules they recently broken to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Firstly if they appeal the ban instantly, they would be more than likely denied since they need to understand their actions have consequences. Accepting the report straight away will only lead to them going back to their old ways.




If they have waited roughly around a month before appealing their ban I would then accept the appeal depending on how apologetic they are.




Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I meet the requirements for activity a week (4 hours) and in that time I help out those who require staff assistance. I do many reports each week for the time I am on and help out those who need it in admin chat. Since I deal with many rule breakers who have a hefty amount of warnings on a regular basis I feel like me being able to take action would be effective. I am a trustworthy person and I feel like I should be given a promotion to continue to help out the server further.
