I do agree that INPUT in meetings is important, but I don't think that microphones are important.

There was a guy around 2 years ago in TTT, I compare him to Miia a lot, P0rtalSh0oter, he was definitely the best admin, but never said a word in his life, but he always made his voice count and definitely made good input, no mic at all.

That's why i said "try" and not "you have to"
