he's indeed very helpful and trustworthy when it comes to close contact with other staff members, as he would always help out the people who are requesting for advice, when he has the time for it.
Based on what I've heard from other people, and my own perceptions, Johnler is dedicated enough to fulfill the roles of an Head admin. He has done so many things, like writing guides and the formation of the current Leading team. Not only has he done that for the server in the past.. He also puts genuine effort in putting a trustful atmosphere in the group of the current Moderators and Administrators, which to me is one of the most important jobs of what a leader should do... I and many others will be very surprised if this guy will not be accepted.
