Dedicated
In my opinion, I am extremely dedicated to what I am doing and always am trying to do even better. The only thing these promotions do to me is give me more and more motivation to become better and better. I love when people think I am doing a good job and always try to show them that they did good to trust me and try to make them even more proud than they are. I am always doing my best for our Server and as a Super Admin now, I am making sure that all the Staff Members in the team maintain good relationships with each other and always try to help them improve by any means. I care and always have cared for the best of the server and never tried to harm it. Only to improve it. That has also been proved by all these guides I made when I was a Head Admin.

Helpful
As I mentioned before, I always try to help both users and admins when dealing with in game situations. From the moment I got promoted to Super Admin, I always joined the Server and asked if the Staff have any questions or issues and ALWAYS resolved them. I also ask them to handle reports. I try to deal as less as possible myself so I can see how the Staff Members are handling them. I always join in chats and try to correct them if they are making a mistake and/or give them tips on how to improve as Staff. I would like all the staff members who have seen me doing this to leave a comment so people don't say I am lying.

Trusted
I believe that now I am extremely trusted in this Community. I mean, I was a Head Admin before, had many many ranks, NEVER abused or did anything that would harm the Server or the Community. When I thought that I was not doing my job properly and someone could take my spot and do an even better job, that's when I decided to resign. That proves that I always try to do the best for the server. Even if that means that i will lose my rank to do so. The fact that I was on the Lead Team One Note 2 months after I resigned and I didn't touch anything gives me some extra trust points no? :3.

Experienced
When it comes to TTT, I believe that it should really be taken into consideration that I was a Head Admin before. So I can easily get used to what I did before I resigned. Back then I learned a lot. Not only I learned how to Lead people, but also how to talk to people and how to control my attitude towards them. That helped me a lot. I have also learned to be very serious when needed, but not 100%. Cause then it would be torture.

My Character
From what others have said and from what I think, I am a smart person who always tends to see through people and be sure on who to trust and who to not trust. Every single one of the Head Admins know me extremely well, since I was the one who trained and helped them before they became what and who they are. I am also mature, when needed. I keep saying, that cause some of you might think: That guy is rapping, messing around on TS, doing shit. How the hell is this HA material? Well, then you do not know me very well. I can tell you that. I can also help others feel better and be kind, but also very strict. All the users I have talked to know this.

My Goals as a Head Admin

Of course, my Main goal is and always was to have a STABLE STAFF TEAM. With all the staff members having good relationships with each other and every single staff to be satisfied by us, the Lead Team. I believe that I am one of the few Lead Team Members who talk to Moderators and Admins often. So I am also a bridge between them and us. That's why most of the times, I bring up their complaints to the Owners and try to find a solution. Another Goal would be to always communicate with the other Head Admins, so we can all find a solution to a problem. I never do serious stuff alone and you may ask the Head Admins. They know that, atleast most of them .

As for ZARP's current processes...

Most of you already know I am a big fan of them. I always admired Zarp's system and that's why I am here for 1 and a half year. I also try to explain to every single new Staff Member during my Trainings, that ZARP has one of the best systems out there and explain them what to do to cope with our processes. An example, is that in Every Single one of my trainings, the first thing I do is send the person who is being trained the Staff Ethos and read it WITH HIM to make sure he pays attention and to make sure he understands it.



Why now?

I will be completely honest with you. During Christmas, I doubted that i am/was as good as I was before i resigned. I thought that I lost the Head Admin spirit I had. But now, I feel like i just suddenly got it back and feel more ready than ever to help TTT reach #1 once more. I am ready to Manage our Staff Team and our Server with the best of my ability and to make sure all the users and Staff are having a wonderful time playing/staffing on our server. I made this Application now, cause I felt that I am ready. Most people might disagree with this, but the people who know me very well know, that i apply ONLY if I think I can handle a position and ONLY if I think i am ready to get it.
