This might be your opinion, don’t forget Onion is a Headadmin. I feel like you should accept mine aswell as Onions opinion, instead of explaining to us why we are wrong. It’s a “free” server so everyone can have his opinion within the TOU. There is no need to explain to us which opinion we have to have.

Onions a HeadAdmin, doesn't mean he knows everything and it certainly doesn't mean anyone should base their judgement off that alone. Considering you haven't had the best activity lately I'm not sure how you know ashur has been performing but I can say his judgment is strong.
