Everyone is talking about how English is your second language but i feel like if you improve your English over time if you do become moderator then i feel you can have a chance as you are honest and you have tried to look away from punishments and you have not angry over them which even i get angry over my warnings when i applied to be a moderator and took my anger out on the staff member. So i'm going to look past all the bad things and look at all the good things about you as its easier for someone to notice the bad than the worse.
