Cranky is a brilliant staff member, always trying his best to ensure that everyone can be happy. He's knowledged with the rules as well as the various processes we have within the community and I strongly support him going for HA. The one thing I mostly admire is his dedication to overcome any and all challenges. When we tell him he needs to sort out his attitude he actually does what we ask of him. He knows what needs to happen and takes care of it. He accepts any and all criticism and is always eager for advice from others.

I know for a fact that Xnator is very set on you becoming HA and opposes the idea of Johnler becoming one. I personally have to say I fully disagree with him, especially when he used the argument that "Johnler was an iffy HA," as it completely disregards any and all good things that Johnler has done for the community. One of the primary things Johnler excells at is the fact that he interacts with various staff members and does his best to get them promoted, something I feel you somewhat lack.

However that does not mean that you have no effect on the server. The opposite, even - you're doing a magnificent job and I'd love to see you continue on as a HA.
