I would advise anyone voting in the meeting for Surf to take the attitude of this post into account for his application, it's no way for a staff member looking for a promotion or anyone to respond appropriately to allegations or criticism.

Fair enough, but I would not like to be slandered. And I will act how I feel appropriate if someone is making false claim to make me look bad. I can do that by myself.
