PERSONAL OPINION BLABLABLA BELOW
That's really shitty. I can understand teamwork and shit and thinking together but I feel as if Lead Team shouldn't be fucking best buds.
This makes opinions unified and basically similar to each other, spending a long amount of time, ESPECIALLY FOR SOMEONE who will try to apply. Because they will try to fit in, seem alike to them, etc. to get the role.
New opinions, UNBIAS OPINIONS are extremely needed.
There's fuck all reason to have 10 people saying the same shit, literally 0, and making users spend a big amount of time together (to get to know them or whatever) does exactly that.
You can't run a restaurant from your home. You have to work in it.
You misunderstood my point Svanz, I didn't exactly say to become LT you had to be best of buds, you just have to chat with Lead Team so we have a better understanding of the user applying, if someone doesn't interact with lead team, how can they become Lead Team? If they are meant to disclose information about staff TO THE LEAD TEAM but they don't, then who's at fault?
It's not about biased opinions, it's about how the Lead Team sees the user working and how they are with teamwork NOT ONLY on TTT but amongst each other LT member within TeamSpeak when trying to resolve situations.

i find it hard to interact with a inactive lead team.
the easiest way to do it is find a lead team member in a public spacer and just chat with them, if they are in a private one just poke the staff member asking permission to join and most of the time you'll be moved in. We're not isolated asshats.
