Shots fired and yes, I am also an inactive piece of shit as of right now but, he's right. The only people I'd USUALLY see being active active (not just being on for 30-40 minutes) before my inactivity were Johnler, Cranky and Chien. That's kind of it. I'm not saying the rest might've been inactive all the time but since everyone's also complaining about it, I don't think I'm that wrong. Since SA+ are the ones doing the training I feel like activity is somewhat required especially when the new moderators are on because not every single detail can be explained on teamspeak properly - that is of course, leaving everything regarding LT powers aside. I don't want to branch out too much since it's Conor's application but so far since I joined ZARP I really feel like being staff on too many servers is negatively splitting people's dedication and activity given the desire to rise in rank on every server you're staffing. TTT-only active LT members is something the server is lacking and it's quite funny if you compare my previous points about the active active higher ups and badge collections there's something that clicks.
I get Cranky's point, what he's basically saying isn't that they have their own boyscout club as Svanzscape sort of made it to be, it's mostly about getting to know the candidate more than just ingame performance but if you read my point above we need active SA and Conor despite having a shitty start is someone the server currently needs. I'm almost certain he won't disappoint.
