Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
It would be appropriate to ban a certain player after the player in question has received multiple amount of warnings in a short period of time for his abusive behaviour, and it is very clear the player shows no remorse for his actions at all. Another justified ban is one for a player who clearly mass rdmed and left, with the intentions to avoid punishments.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
One knows that no one can be a perfect being, and therefore is able to make mistakes. When someone shows that he reflects upon his punishment, I would surely reconsider his or her ban, especially when it is the first ban the person received! I would lift the ban after I have personally stressed to the person in question that he/she should not do it again, because further rule breaking will lead to a ‘real’ permanent ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
Helping out the server as much as possible, is next to enjoying the game, one of the main reasons I am writing this application for a potential promotion. I really enjoy interacting with the people I play this game with and I really want to further involve into the community. Managing as a moderator is fun, and I have aspirations to move on as well. I do believe my activity is should not be a problem to carry out the roles of an admin.
