Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An appropriate reason to use the ban command is if the user Mass RDMs 3 or more people and then leaves the server, if the user Doesn't leave the server after Mass RDMing then the punishment would only be 2 aslays another ban reason is if a user has reached 12 or more recents this would be decided on the amount of bans they have already in the past 6 months for the same reason.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Id firstly check how long ago the user was banned, as if they got banned just a couple of days ago then i would tell them to wait a few more days before trying to appeal the ban again as id want them to learn from their actions, after around 1 week of the ban if the users appeal is detailed and shows regret for what they did, i would accept the appeal, but id keep a closer eye on them and id inform the rest of the staff to keep an eye on them as well.

I think I still know the rules quite well since I have resigned I have proven before that I deserve the ranks that I had and that shows that I am trustworthy and I've also gotten a good reputation around the community.
