From what I've seen up untill now from you in game, you seem as a sociable player who has no difficulties with interaction. I haven't had any struggles with you whatsoever! I believe your input in the "'why I should be chosen'' part is great, since you are willing to help others enjoying the game which is ofcourse an important role a staff member should carry. What also is a big plus for me, is that you said you want to connect more with the other staff members! Based on my own experience with you I do not have any reasons to not believe you on your word.

Although you have some inactive days, your activity is good enough, no further comments there.

One thing I would take a look at again is your example for a RDM is. You gave as an example: innocent player shooting an innocent player with no reason at all. I suggest put in a more specific example, since you actually just rephrased your definition of a RDM. It's just a tip to improve your app!

All in all, I do think you are capable of this position. If you're able to keep your activity constant and your attitude likeable, you got my vote!
