Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
Firstly I would explain to them that when you go on the left side of the ramp you hold D and when you go on the right side of the ramp you hold A, If they can't seem to figure out how to do it after that I would tell them to search on youtube for a tutorial.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
They would receive a verbal warning and if they just continue spamming, they will be muted/gagged for appropriate time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Firstly i'd explain to the user that what he's doing is an exploit and that he should stop, if he doesn't listen and just keep using the exploit I would give them a warning. If this would continue I would try to contact an admin to ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
When it comes to staffing I am very experienced when dealing with rulebreakers, I have been in this community for about 2 years and 5 month, throughout my time i've held several staff positions and I currently am a Deathrun Superadmin, I've been a SSRP Admin 3 times and i've also been Bhop mod. Me holding such a high position in Deathrun proves that i'm trusted with staff powers.
