I'm not saying that I'm perfectly aware of how an anticheat works, but I do know that it literally grabs someone's screen and turns it into an image like the one Morgan has provided. It is impossible for the anticheat to remove someone's hud like that. That's not a mistake of the system, that is Muffin himself doing something very very weird to his game, most probably the hack trying to bypass the anticheat.
