Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) well in the screenshot you can't see the propsurf but he is holding the ammo (which is required to propsurf) and he is ontop of the lighthouse (which is unreatchable)
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) well this person wanted to get ontop of the tower... i think.
Story - (What happened?) Well he propsurfed and as i am not a staff i can not warn him after doing it.
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

I mean you didnt have to , another report on him was accepted like a day ago we have his steam id you could have used that image but meh
