After checking the information you provided and taking a close look at the proof, i came to the conclusion to Deny this Report Abuse because i can't know if you did a Traitorous act before the guy started shooting at you. Therefore, i can't punish this person. I also have asked you for Video Proof already, which you unfortunately didn't have.
