Story/Situation - I picked up DNA scanner. Took DNA from an innocent body tracked down killer and asked him to explain the kill in 10 seconds or I would kill him. He started fleeing from the scene so I shot him. I later told this to Cee in chat and he/she refused to even check this issue. I believe this was wrongly handled and that there was no valid reason to punish me.
