We have now spoken to Onion Rings about this situation and it seems like in this case unfortunately he did not see your F1 request, and neither was he able to confirm the rule breaks that may have occured in the Bank because he respawned immediately after dying. In terms of the rest of the sit there's always going to be times when staff aren't having the best day and don't handle sits as incredibly as they usually always do. On that note no further action is necessary, but we will always try to do better in this regards.
