After discussion with ryzo and tyler we concluded that this report should be denied because of the following
However there was no indication of it to be labeled as a bank, ryzo told you multiple times it was. Previously there was also a banker and a guard running the bank but got killed. To avoid misconfusion i will bring this up following meeting.
To avoid misconfusion now i will state this;The warning will get removed, just contact an Head Administrator to get it removed

-Banks should be run as a bank not as a base
-Banks should be clearly labeled as banks to avoid loopholing
