There is always a need a look at the context of whats being said. If you do it should be very clear that the message shouldn’t be take seriously. It wasn’t directed at any person in the community and while it might not be something I personally would post. Stuff like this only has the power you PERSONALLY give it, if you choose to ignore it even if that offended you your taking the higher ground. Trust me in life shit will offend you if you can’t learn to be able to just move past it, it will consume you and give the trolls exactly what they are looking for. There will always be a difference in a general joke and targeted harassment made from hate.
