Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: The ban command can be used if a player MASS RDM + LTAP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would only ban someone for cheating if i had the anti-cheat command or the permiton from the leadteam. but if i wore to ban this player i would deny it. for the lead team would not of gave me the permition of the player was not hacking in the first place... right?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. well... i like the game. and now i have time to play it again. i used to be super admin. and i like noodles
