Car park isn't a building really to begin with, also you can't just place a KOS sign in front of somebody whilst they were already stood there -- that would be RDM.

so how can people base in car park if it "isn't a building" and howcome you're the first one to say you can KOS people in unowned bases? if you are basing in a building aren't you forced to own the doors in the first place?

As I have been told by a higher up nor does it say in the rules you cannot kill/raid inside unowned buildings.

i've never heard of this before.

I and Simon had been falsely warned for it before by Doombringer in the past. When we explained what had happened to an HA/CM (I can't remember exactly who), the warning was then removed as what we did was allowed and breaking no rule whatsoever.
