No, the rule states not to interact with a district, walking through it and not actually doing anything in it should not be counted as interacting with it, if you die in spawn district the rule states you can leave without any interaction so I don't see why you shouldn't be able to do this with other districts.

The rules have been changed since he was staff.

The return is is the same for 2 years now only the "Forget everything about your past life" and the "You can't kill the person who killed you for 3 minutes" got removed and other little things
