Suggestion Title:
Removing the snow particles on all maps

How would it benefit the server:
Well Christmas is now over and snow is associated with Christmas so it would be nice to remove the snow and make the maps go back to normal as well as the players fps as it's got unbearable at this point

Potential Issues/Exploits:
I don't see any issues in removing this as there wasn't any issues in adding it so all u would have to do is edit or simply remove the line or lines of code involving the snow

Additional notes:
This would be appreciated as the snow did have a negative effect on players fps Ik this for a fact as I have good pc specs and I was still only just pulling good fps and this only occurred once the snow was added so it would be nice to go back to normal.
