Exploiting is for example when a user tries to abuse bugs, try to get out of the map or into places where they should not be able to, etc.
Punishments for hacking will usually go as follows: verbal warn / slay, slay / warn, kick and then ban if they continue (which can be done by an Admin+ with sufficient proof).
