I agree with kyber if the person is new he might not even know he is exploiting so a slay and talking is better than instantly kicking him

Nick I don't think you've read the hacking policy correctly. If someone is cheating / exploiting the server then they have to be removed from the server.

EDIT: I dont know if you think exploits means trying to get out the map because that's been made physically impossible to a user and the secret spots where others can't go are implemented by a Map Creator. ph_crashhouse is not an example because we don't know where the spot is exploitative (and Xnator has patched some areas) or why the Exploit message pops up.

Exploits and malicious attacks

In the instance of a user using some form of hacks or cheats in order to maliciously target the server or exploit they may be banned at the discretion of staff member [Hacking policy has changed to kick and then a ban]. These situations are limited to; crashing the server (other than an injection WHICH GETS YOU BANNED that cannot happen), duplicating items (you cannot do this in PropHunt) or exploiting server-side features via client modification (e.g.
