Personally I think you lack experience. You have been admin for 3 months now and in those 3 months only recently have I seen you 'stand out'. Normally we can make exceptions to those who have been Lead Team before on other servers or previously on ssrp but since you haven't I think you should wait. Lead Team members are messaged frequently about the rules and if someone is breaking them or not so you need great experience of them. For example many people ask if something is loopholing or not so I think you need to actually experience multiple situations that deal with loopholing. Personally I only see you occasionally asking staff to get on the f1's.

In my opinion we don't need any Lead Team right now.
