Wan't to know why I put effort into my Applications?

One day, long, long ago. The TTT Leadteam said "Chromaa, applications mean everything. Keep up with them good applications, I needed a bucket for BanannaSlangers Application. Nice one" Since then I put 110% effort into them. Also a more simplistic look always looks better compared to a bulked out text.

I sincerely doubt that anyone would say that but OK

Luki, Grumpy. I understand Grumpy is ex-staff however he was SA at the time and when applying for Admin that info stuck in my head.

I can confirm that Applications do NOT mean everything. We actually barelly take a look at them to be honest. We already know how you behave and if you got Lead Team material.
