Hi, after multiple people trying to reach eleven after 24 hours i came to the conclusion that i should accept the appeal because of the following:
-Eleven clearly didnt check his rapsheet and obviously has an grudge against capone for some reasons
-Without checking his rapsheet he falsly banned capone for mass RDM for an excesive ban even after being told off
-Eleven didnt check the loggs and just wanted to ban him. The loggs clearly state capone killed him only twice, for a valid reason or not, but this is certainly not Mass RDM
-He also shows disgusting behaviour over capone over discord
-He completely ignores higher ups and gives them basicly the finger

This behaviour is certainly not appropiate and approvable. This report has been accepted and eleven will be brought up in the following meeting.
