What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Wrongly banned Capone, Not following the ethos, refusing to remove false punishments after being told by an head admin and punishing for nothing.

What server(s) was this on?: SSRP 1

Evidence: (Eleven false Jail for mass rdm + Eleven kills Capone first), (Capone's rap sheet) & (Eleven doesn't care after being told it's not valid)

Story: He banned Capone while he had only 1 recent punishment (Capone's rap sheet),
Capone did break rules yes but banning him for 4 full days with only 1 recent punishment is way too excessive and ridiculous if you ask me.

He then continuted, he ignored Head Admin and a Super Admin who told him it wasn't valid (Eleven doesn't care after being told it's not valid)

After Onion removed Capone's ban (Thanks god) he then Muted Capone for Disrespect which was valid and jailed him for 10 minutes for mass rdm. (Capone's rap sheet),

He Jailed Capone for "mass rdm", so I opened the logs and went to see the "Mass RDM" he was on about.
Capone killed Eleven twice and you can clearly see in the logs that Eleven killed Capone first which for itself was RDM but leave it. (Eleven false Jail for mass rdm + Eleven kills Capone first)

I honestly can't understand why Eleven is simply abusing to get him banned. He crossed the line by miles and I think punishment should be considered and handed.
