After talking with Jake I am going to be accepting this report.

He admits that he didn't report you after you killed him and instead punished you without giving you a chance to give your side as to why you killed him. I have therefore told him to make sure he always reports people before he punishes them so that they can get their side of the situation said as it could have been confusion like in this case. I will also bring this up next lead team meeting to see if any further punishment is needed.
