There's a few things I have to point out.

Mic Spam / Text Spam: You cannot ban as a moderator and banning is not a suitable option, instead mute and warn the person who is spamming instead.

Exploit: I told you that you should notify a lead team member about someone who is hacking as we have the proper means of dealing with them.

Ghosting: Ghosting is someone giving away what the other team is and where they are (e.g. a Can on the fridge).
