1. You shot a cop and he could have seen you shoot his cop friend and been after you for that. Also You shot your m202 at spawn without a real target and you could have been shooting at or near him which is threatening.

2. Therefore there is not sufficient evidence of rdm as he had valid reasons to come after you and kill you which has been discussed and that is the case.
