Your explanation for RDM is spot on and as much as that in of itself looks like an example you might need to put in some form of example just in case. Your first acceptable KOS is good and so is your second and so is your third. Your two unacceptable KOS examples are great too. Now onto the 'Why i should be chosen'. You are correct you are indeed fairly interactive with players and i think i have seen you from time to time help new people with the controls (Taunting,pointshop etc). You do try to help out when you can and you said 'giving unbiased feedback' which that in itself is enough for me to like you. You are also completely correct about how the server basically goes shitstorm without a staff member there ( This happens with AFK staff too who are there but not doing anything like reports) and if you say you are willing to prevent that lets hope so. Unless you have an amount of warnings or get in trouble a lot anyone would be insane to say no
