Basically this whole application is one of those "Hey can I copy your homework meme"
In my opinion this doesn't show enough commitment to the server and is used as an easy way to get some power

Update: After playing with him on the server for quite a few hours I have to say that he has some positive personality traits and doesn't break the rules. he plays fair and hard. None of my experiences with him did feel genuine though. Every communication I had with him or heard him have sounded like self advertising. I believe this shows more commitment in becoming part of the staff than the application. This application will have forever tainted his reputation in my eyes and I cannot turn a blind eye to it which makes me overly critical about him.

All the KOS/RDM reasons seem to be fine. All I want to comment is the Acceptable KOS #2 where the player observing someone else pass the bodies should give benefit of the doubt and ask for them to identify the bodies. Yes it is acceptable, but sometimes the other player might not have seen them.

"Why I should be chosen" seems good but still feels lacking. This might be just me being overly critical of him though so I shouldn't even type this comment
