System has been talked to by myself and we have cleared up the RDM rule to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. He has also been reminded to keep his cool since him saying "Your shitty language" is defiantly not appropriate and not the right way to talk to someone.

The warning that was handed out for 'rdm' will be removed since the rules states

- Examples of valid reasons to kill another player:
The player enters a highly restricted area such as the bank vault or back of PD.
The player kills an ally or friend of yours.
The player attempts to destroy or steal your property.
The player acts threatening towards you.

There is a difference between someone aiming a gun at you and someone throwing a slam at you. The difference is that in this case the person is actually using the weapon rather than just having it in their hand.

However for the multiple mutes that System handed out, the chat mute seems valid since

Apparantly all of them, you arent that clear in your head

Imo saying that someone is taking drugs in a way to say they are delusional is disrespect and it seems valid. However since I dont speak this language and I'm using whatever resources I can, I would be willing to give the punishment another look if supplied with further evidence of them not being disrespect.

However he also gave you a Gag which doesnt at all seem valid since you only talked to him once in the sit and didn't even mention him once, so im not too sure on why you were gagged. So I will be removing that as well.
