Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: As a moderator on Zarp i have learnt lots about how to handle sits in a fair manor and to rather teach over punish on the first instance of a rule break, i feel that this is a good way to handle things as it helps us grow the community rather than banning and punishing people for a possible innocent mistake.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): A situation i encountred around 4-5 days ago was where a player reported another player for a rule break and then the reported player testifies the reporter for rulebreaking. This is not a easy situation as once dealing with the one person they will say " They rulebroke too ". This is solved by coming to a understanding with each person seperately and then together explaing the rules each party broke and making sure they understand how to avoid a similar situation in future. A warning will then be issued if i depending on factors such as playtime and recents.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Welcome to the Zarp staff team! I will now go through the different aspects of being a staff here on Zarp to you so you can be a great staff member and part of the team.
The Staff Ethos - This is what you should abide by when handling sits and reports so that you don't make a unfair decision or base your report off of word of mouth rather than proof.
Commands - I will go through the commands you are to use as a staff member
Kick - This is used to kick a player from the server so that they disconnect.
Mute Chat - This muted the text chat, used by clicking
RapSheet - This is used to check someones recent punishments, this is so we can see who is contantly rulebreaking and enforce a ban when necessary
Unban From Job - used to let someone have access to a certain job, not needed though
Freeze - Used to freeze someone so they cannot move
Slay - Kills someone, used to get rid of someones weapons if they will not do it themselves
Mute Globally - Stops someone using their microphone to talk
Teleport - Sends the person selected to where your crosshair is placed
Back - Teleports someone to where they were before teleported or brought. This can also be used to teleport someone back to spawn
Warn - Used to warn someone so it will appear on their rap sheet.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first of all add and send a message to the admin who banned him on steam and ask him for his story. I would take his story into consideration and then i would ask him what he thinks about the appeal / what the verdict should be. After hearing them out i would then make a verdict, my verdict on this situation would be the following
After speaking to Admin1 i have decided to accept this appeal, i feel that you realised what you did was wrong and not to do it again. I suggest you take a look at the rules in game by using !motd | If this happens again it will be delt with as malicious intent.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): As a staff member i feel i am a very capable and that as a Admin i feel i would be able to do more as a Admin than i currently can as a moderator. I tend to take around 50 F1's per week and focus on taking sits when other staff are not to try stop stacking and log refreshment. As a admin i would like to make sure everyone is pulling their weight, people slacking and not taking F1s and ignoring them wwhen they have a low F1 count will be on my agenda to change. My main goal is to inspire more people to become staff and to stop F1s going 25mins + without even beeing glanced at.
