How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been admin for about 7 months in total, I resigned a while back but i got admin again, I feel like I am ready to take the position and be able to do more for the server more easily, and people can come to me with more problems. I also used to be staff on another community (DarkRP) and I have experience dealing with people that break rules. Back in the day the old co-owner (you know who I mean) made me train a mod for the first time and he said I did a good job, so I kinda already know how to train new staff (moderators, and admins shouldn't be much different)

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
My total staff time (on all servers and communities combined) is around 2 years in total, I have experience doing stuff, and I helped testing the RTD update with the old co-owner (again, you know who I mean) and I helped fix some stuff and I even made some messages that pop up in the chat, I have been on this community for a while now and I think I am ready to be a super admin, just in time for Christmas as well... If you want my activity to go up even more, I am capable of doing so because my exams ended and I have no school for the next 2 weeks so I can be online a lot. I have matured and I am very serious if needed, my attitude has improved.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

There was a guy that had the Vandetta playermodel on and he kept spawning outside of the map, so I had to tp him back to his spawn every time, I got death one round and i wasn't able to do so anymore (!spawn would just spawn him outside of the map again) If i had superadmin, i could've noclipped and used the !tp command to get him to play the round. Also I sometimes see a staff member break rules, I report it to leadteam, but if I was superadmin i wouldn't have to bother you out of your games to come on and deal with it. Now they just ignore me or simply say "sorry" but I am unable to deal with it any more myself.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first type in the comments on that report that I am dealing with it. (if no one else is yet)
Then I would review the evidence and look at it.
If the evidence doesn't prove instantly that they were abusing, I would go in a Teamspeak channel with the one that reported and ask them what happened and try to get some witnesses as well to back it up (I know witnesses aren't solid proof)
Then I would try to approach the staff member that got reported (or talk to them in Teamspeak) and ask them if they have anything to say about it or if they can defend themselves.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
If the staff member is new I would tell them that for the reason they banned with, the time of the ban should be different, and if they didn't know yet, I would teach them how to edit ban times or maybe edit it myself to a time that is more appropriate for that reason, unless the staff member had a good reason to (that they might've not put on the ban reason).

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would try to help them over admin chat / private messages / steam / teamspeak / ...
so they don't see that they are struggling, if it gets out of hand I will jump in and help the staff member (or the user) and tell them what to do. Maybe also help the staff member with punishing the user in and appropriate manner to make sure it doesn't happen any time soon.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member that accused the other one to get in Teamspeak with me and explain what happened, maybe check if they have any proof of what happened. Then i would also ask the staff member that got accused to get in Teamspeak aswell (both separate and afterwards together) to see what really happened, and if there if good proof that really proves they did something wrong, I would then punish (if it has to happen) the staff member. If the proof is not enough, I will keep an eye on him so see that it doesn't happen again.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would, first of all, tell them to stop arguing or maybe help them solve the problem, I would tell them to take it to another place (maybe Teamspeak, with me, or another lead team member) to solve it there and not bother the other people that have nothing to do with it, I would also tell them to never be disrespectful to anyone because that isn't an appropriate thing for a staff member to do, especially not in adminchat (or anywhere on the server)

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would tell them to stop doing it because they are breaking the rules / abusing their staff powers, if needed I will take the rank off them for a small amount of time to let them calm down, talk to them in Teamspeak and tell them to stop or the rank will be taken permanently off of them, maybe try to get an owner or a head admin in there as well to make it more serious and make them think about what they did, they will get punished for it and it will be visible for other staff members to see (so that they can see this if they ever would apply for a rank or something)
