Mass racism/ 13 punishments/disrespect/rdm-

On my part, i was rdming people, and when the admin was going to punish me (rightfully so) he mentioned that i had previous punishments, saying he will ban me for them, which annoyed me a lot because they were punishments, meaning i already recieved a warn for everything before, so there wouldnt be a reason for him to ban me other than for what i was doing at that time. So that caused me to start saying unnecessary racist things, not to attack anyone, but saying them out of frustration and anger. which resulted in my ban. I understand completely that the ban was deserved, maybe even a bit light for the situation, but i would just like to ask if it would be possible to lift the ban, as my behaviour on pretty much all servers has been excellent/ silent ( meaning nothing verbally harmful is being said), and i will take any in game punishments that you have in mind. I respect any of your decisions whether not to ban or keep me banned, thank you!.-
Sadly i do not have any proof, but i covered the story to its full extent-
